I really appreciate the company culture and how supportive and collaborative everyone seems to be. it seems like everyone is working together towards a common goal and I would be excited to be part of that.

Just salary but the statement is correct here money is not everything not work Life balance.

Forcing for extra working hours daily . . And if we deny to extra work hour shouting and harrassing.Managers don't understand employees feeljng . don't behave visely

Company offers good package. Gives bonus every year which is part of package.

...ity. No HR regulations, as your seniors can eat your job anytime when they want. Offers good package at time of joining but later on there is no growth opportunity once you join the organisation. No personnel development programme organised by the company. But provide basic training at the time of new joining. Your job is always uncertain if you are failed to fulfill company's expectations just for 1 or 2 months specially in sales profile. No motivation or rewards for performers. Rewards which company anounce are totally unachievable or not feasible.

You will get to learn a lot as a fresher but the payscale is too low so it is not at all recommended to join as a fresher.

...cale for freshers is too low. And with low payscale there are lot of deductions. For example, the Diwali bonus is deducted from your salary and paid during Diwali. The bond period is of 3 years with 2-3 lakh cheque as deposit along with all your documents. Which is too much to ask for. Have to face lot of issues related to attendance, also the canteen food is pathetic.

...ize all unit.It is better when employee transfer one location to other location.During time of COVID those employees infected company give full pay.I like It.

After completing 05 year any site of our group employee should be transferred other unit.It should be applicable for AM or above as well as senior manager.At the time of requirement employee should be selected from different different state not only single or two state.
