Company offers good package. Gives bonus every year which is part of package.

...ity. No HR regulations, as your seniors can eat your job anytime when they want. Offers good package at time of joining but later on there is no growth opportunity once you join the organisation. No personnel development programme organised by the company. But provide basic training at the time of new joining. Your job is always uncertain if you are failed to fulfill company's expectations just for 1 or 2 months specially in sales profile. No motivation or rewards for performers. Rewards which company anounce are totally unachievable or not feasible.

Less pay to the super speciality division also the expenses are less.

Doctors appreciate the products and though it is 3rd largest indian MNC compensation and Benefits are good but the culture for the Pharma marketing is terrible, politics with in the upper level of managers and 0% job security.

Salary structure is good but corporate politics and also Norms of the company are not satisfactory. Work life balance hampered too much and colleagues like senior manager's misbehavior are not tolerable.

I had the pleasure of meeting & felicitated by Shri Pankajbhai Patel (M.D- Zydus Cadila Group) in Ahmedabad marking the onset of bifurcation (of Cadila healthcare & Cadila Pharma) in March 1995-one of the few Handpicked Chosen Youngest managers from Whole Cadila Group.(Probably One of the firsts to join Zydus Group in Zydus Tower Ahmedabad

The Salary,Perks & Allowances were never lucrative and not at all promising or rewarding for Sales& Marketing field force.
