This is big and good company and I working hard this company.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

HR always hear and work for upper management he never work for you he never hire any person for you he only took interviews and if upper management said him he is wrong then he trying to prove you wrong...
