...ulture There is no proper system of doing work, everything is too much chaotic 3 years bond and you have to pay if you are leaving before the bond period Worst policies RND facility is out of city around 25 to 30 km depending on where are you staying Strict timings Sandwich leaves not allowed

Company offers good package. Gives bonus every year which is part of package.

...ity. No HR regulations, as your seniors can eat your job anytime when they want. Offers good package at time of joining but later on there is no growth opportunity once you join the organisation. No personnel development programme organised by the company. But provide basic training at the time of new joining. Your job is always uncertain if you are failed to fulfill company's expectations just for 1 or 2 months specially in sales profile. No motivation or rewards for performers. Rewards which company anounce are totally unachievable or not feasible.

Career growth opportunity is good. Management paid full salary & extended all possible help during covid lockdown

culture is worst as they only look into final number not the process. One fine morning they will ask you to leave by simply send a mail communication & relieve you. Suddenly ask you not to go to fieldwork for so many days without any communication especially in vivo division

Less pay to the super speciality division also the expenses are less.

Doctors appreciate the products and though it is 3rd largest indian MNC compensation and Benefits are good but the culture for the Pharma marketing is terrible, politics with in the upper level of managers and 0% job security.

job insecurity, no work-life balance.
