If I talked about dislike, so we all know as per our Respected Md Sir Mr Sadana, he guide us that first you put Zydus , zydus grow we grow i grow, I really appreciate and maintain this guideline, we all are working under the big Roof which name is ZYDUS, but somebody in east region (Sm), he is unable to guide, doing communication gap, not given environment for Zydus work only he doing his own culture which is very dirty…

Nothing to be liked.. Most third graded working culture as comparing with other pharma companies..

Dislikes

Misslead, misscommunication, very low pay scale, low apprisal, 24*7 work.. Will not stand at your crucial moment..

Atfirst I m thankful to zydus giving me this opportunity here the culture is good and all person are very supportive, HR policies is good and this is the 4th ranked in our Asian country.

Good in Employee Benefit , Salary Benefit. Good In Job Security , People working here for long period.

Dislikes

Not Good in operating System , need to Develop System which help zydus for growth & development. Lots of manual work. From last 3- 4 year working culture is not to good , unable to balance work & personal life.

Good environment and culture, nice cafeteria ,and they provided very good facilities during lockdown and fight against covid.

Dislikes

...even management is not supporting. there are 3 years of bond is not really good. Hazard pay during lockdown is not paid by company.
