If I talked about dislike, so we all know as per our Respected Md Sir Mr Sadana, he guide us that first you put Zydus , zydus grow we grow i grow, I really appreciate and maintain this guideline, we all are working under the big Roof which name is ZYDUS, but somebody in east region (Sm), he is unable to guide, doing communication gap, not given environment for Zydus work only he doing his own culture which is very dirty…

Nothing to be liked.. Most third graded working culture as comparing with other pharma companies..

Misslead, misscommunication, very low pay scale, low apprisal, 24*7 work.. Will not stand at your crucial moment..

... time you threat them by your resignation or better options available outside. Salary hike is in every 3 years & that is also 15-18% maximum.

How you've performed during the promotional exams doesn't matter. How many phone calls (Recommendations) received by the HO on behalf of you is important

...orry about employee , not provide safety kit, and always push to do call avg ... Otherwise appraisals are fair they give salary ,allowances on time

It's not about company organization its about its about 2nd and 3rd line higher officials

Company policies are good. Salary hike 3 years once Not good . Salary hike very less . But management is transparent

Career growth slow. Weekly only 1 day week off that's not good. Actually ur doing travelling job . Atlist weekly 2 days leave is good
