Colleagues were really good, helping , understanding and everyone having a lot workloads, so while delaying someone's request, they understand irrespective of escalations. If your stackholder is happy with you, he or she will give new things to learn. In my case my stackholder was different than my manager, so his perception was I'm not working well, even after having 60-70% team dependency, so didn't get good opportunity to learn.

Dislikes

Management is poor, shoe lickers get promotion, salary is too low, work life balance is zero. If someone doing their tasks on time without showing off then it is 90% possibility that he or she will not get appreciation. Note: Likes and dislikes may vary with different team and different managers.

-> Abusive workplace, you'd be pressurized and abused every single day. -> Illiterate upper management forcing useless work onto junior staff -> Bunch of retarded and sadistic people demanding extremely stupid tasks for no specific reason -> Pathetic HRs behaving in passive-aggressive manner, zero transparency in terms of pay parity -> Notice period bullying by incompetent mid-level managers

If you want to know how Seepz looks like just go for interview but even if they offer you 100% hike my buddies DO NOT JOIN.

Dislikes

No Job security at all. Every minute is tracked and if your out time is 1 min less, half day salary gone. Leads are so dim witted, they don't even know how to spell lead and above all how to communicate in English. Often meetings are conducted in Hindi. They will lure you with package then tell you that the package they have offered demands work of 5 people. Save yourself my friends. If you choose and stay in such an org you might even end up in a phase where you will lose your talents and specially worst of all how to communicate in English. There are no future prospects , better join a promising Multinational even if you have to compromise a little with package. They have no idea what technology to use and where and they do not like a balanced and tracked way of working. Save yourself.

There is nothing to like about this organisation, not even a single pros of joining this organisation. However, if u are a fresher and no where to go, join this organisation but not to learn anything, just to earn some money before switching to a better organisation

...God knows that HE is running this organisation - There are no employee benefits. No Diwali bonus, no yearly tours/trips, no goo appraisals. If you consider a lunchbox as a bumper Diwali bonus, then do join this place - They charge even for the parking space. I have worked in 3 organisations in my entire career so far and i have friends working in dozens of organisations. But this is the first organisation which charges for the parking space. I mean if there is a benchmark for the worst policies, this organisation is below than that A pamphlet can be written on the cons of joining this organisation but as of now, above provide and understanding
