Nothing. My HQ is located at my home town thats why i sustained in this company. Work pressure is moderate but growth is little to nil. Like i get a wooping 5k hike in those 3 long years after giving my blood and sweat in this company. Additionally if any mishap happens to you while working you are sadly totally on your own, as there is obviously no insurance or pf deduction in this company. Lastly if you are a fresher you can give this company a try for learning, but not more than 2 years i suggest.

Dislikes

Just a chinese company which is run by communist ideology. People will treat you as slave more than a partner. There is nothing good in this company...no insurance, no pf, little to nil incentive, little to nil increment and no bonuses of course. As a fresher you can give this company a try but this company is surely not for making carrier
