Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

I'm worked in zudio store in Hyderabad. They didn't give any joining letter. And issue of my salary.have one week training period didn't counting salary. 1st mont not have my salary. Working times also 11:30am to 10:30pm some days later to 11or12pm. But I feel don't comfortable that job.

I heard about its people oriented company but it's very different.

Dislikes

It's Mr Ninad Paradkar oriented company not people oriented at all. And HR not professional here all policy made by company only for showcase they are taking it seriously. Mr Ninad Paradkar who is taking care of pune region. He is doing castism and favouritism with his closed people truly unprofessional and egoistic person. I request to upper management please take him deeply and no one staff happy at his region. The only reason I will resign soon..

The first think that attracted me is that the zudio is under the flagship of tata group

Dislikes

1) First and foremost the timing no one is following punctuality and no proper response from management. 2) The responsibility of store is given to the sales officer (SO) i don't think it's a good idea to give authority to SO's just they are misusing their position
