There is nothing to like about this place. Terrible work culture and there is no supporter for your success. Rules are being set by one person and other people are mere puppets to follow the master. Employee grievances are never addressed and would be blamed for having grievances. Horrific work environment and no proper management structure. You will be liked if you butter the person in the authority. Else you will be treated badly that can affect your mental health.

Everything in this place is about disliking. Most disliking part is the salary and the treatment of that a person will receive from the management.

Dont join i would suggest as they dont have work to give that too fraud work completing assugnments of foreigners where they charge 1 assignment for nearly 10k 15k but while they pay u. Just come & experince the shit of this place. They wont let u work peacefully. Still they expect u to give more efforts. 60k immpossible target still they make u do it. But u cnt go bryond it as they wont & dont want to pay u incentives. Bohot bhikari co. Hai basically.

... there and get scolds for sitting idle. When its their fault they dont give wrk. No payment their are cuts and unlawful deductions in salary. Literal Chindi chor. Very bad experience.

...will get 200 300/- rupees incentives for which employees are dying like beggars. This orgnisation soon seems to go in vain as it seems they wont be able to pay employees and are not receving any more assignments. Still they started hiring new many employees. Didnt understood why. But ya they are lying to then also. They go to colleges and beg there for more employees abd once you get fixed here they treat you lile shit. They dont have work or peak still they expect you to be at office and not approve wfhs, still the manager expects you should ask for work by yourselves and do dummy (Zoho mail work) many a times they force you ti work on sundays too. And the job overall is very dissatisfactory which is the reason I left. Now i have my glow back, its just exhausting job for 17k. For incentives of 1k on 17k if u go regularly to offce you'll earn 1k wow....I wrote so many assugnments jn this one year.and just 1120 is incentive for 73k wordcount. All efforts in vain.

...assignments and tests. They have in-house content writers who write assignments. Their pay scale is very low and they credit salary on 15th of every month. They deduct salary on very small things. HR posts false job descriptions on job portals and did not provide information about their real work until you join the team. If they have posted the real job descriptions, then no one will join their company. Their are many employees who are quitting their job on daily basis because of the toxic work environment and high pressure. Their leadership is also very poor and they exploit their employees. Some of the employees like "Raghav," make the work place very toxic for the girls with their creepy comments all the time. Their is no learning or growth in any department of this company, as all they do is help international students cheat on their assignments and tests. Please take your time and find some other organization where you can actually learn new things and develop skill sets. All the 1 star reviews given in the previous reviews are true. If you don't believe, then join this organization, and you will be the one giving a 1-star review to them because of their work policies.

...l that you have joined Zucol only, otherwise nothing else will be written there. To get the offer letter you have to crack the training and only after that they might count your salary from training period. Although there is no job security but if you got rejected after the training you will not get a single penny, not even a stiffen amount and you have to consider this idiotic condition. 2. Team leaders are completely bogus, they are good for nothing. I was working in the night shift and all the new batch was completely freshers in this content writing job. A trainer should go around to the employees to give them a proper training but our TL was busy in flirting with his so called girlfriend who used to sit in front of him, most of the time they used to chitchat only over WhatsApp and go outside multiple times but for the training part, the trainer used to sit idle and gives instructions only from his seat. Never provided any such detailed description, only you have to find out by yourself without any help. 3. Apart from being flirtatious, only the trainer / team leader has the right to cut off the employees. But that's not true. His so called girlfriend used to decide who will stay or who will not. Yes it's true. The decision for excluding an employee is completely personal, they just try to show it off as official 😆 . 4. After the rejection from the training period the HR Team doesn't even contact those employees further. But you will get emails from this company again because they doesn't even notice whether the employee has previously worked there or not. They send the emails thoroughly to everyone. 5. I really don't feel guilty as I got rejected after the training, because most of the employees from our batch have left the organization for job insecurity and also for the behavioural issues from the team leaders. They intentionally used to stretch their employees by saying the writing is not correct. They doesn't even check properly those 3000 words what you have written. They just check anonymously and sudden they choose a paragraph and calls that's your mistakes, you have to write it again and again till the time their minds are satisfied. 😰 6. Lastly I would say that if you think about your career growth in content writing jobs, (although there is no future in this sector, for part time job it's ok) never go for Zucol Group Private Limited.
