I love to do work in zte have less mental pressure and also provide enough time to me for balance my work and family life.

Growth is slow and also increment of salary slow and its not provide us training for new or updated technology.

...re and fire" be ready for that on 24X7 basis even you are a excellent performer. Don't expect salary growth in timely manner. Sometimes it takes 5 to 6 Y to get 10% hike even and sometimes you may get hike 2 times in a Year.

You can get opportunities to do work out of your scope, their is flexibility 9f time in ZTE..

...e only.. They did not show your skills n achievements to their upper management. Salary hike is very poor. There is no job security and salary will not come on time..

Very low growth in salary, grade system is compromised only you can get hikes perks if you maintaining relations with Top Management persons
