The top management specially Syam Nair person which has joined Zscaler is very unprofessional and have a little knowledge about the cloud security and he wants QA to remove. Don’t join this company, whether you are developer or QA. They do the silent firing frequently.

Ambiguous goals, no clarity of variable pay, India benefits are very limited as compared to global.

Internal politics, no work life balance, low package, less learning opportunities, desi company with no values, higher management keeps on changing, hiring and firing is the culture now

Micromanagement, If you know their product you are hero else you are zero. Your previous experience will not add any value here. All senior leaders placed here became director / VP in 2/3 years so basic management skills missing. Huge scope of improvement.

Work life balance Although managers are good, they assign all the micro management task to other folks who manage the case queue and there is a crazy level of micromanagement by these queue managers. Its for TAC
