Its a very good company to work with, you will have very good opportunities to do quality work, salary and other benefits are great.

Dislikes

Work life balance!!! 10 hrs a day is very normal at ZS, although they make sure to compensate it with money. Like random bonus, ELRP (retention bonus) and providing you with Latest Iphone/Samsung phones but still you will be working for 10 hrs/day daily

Salary and bonus is good as compared to core pharma companies

Dislikes

Work life balance and bias among teams isn't good at all. Normal days are 10 am to 10 pm which very often stretchs beyond this as well. The transparency between hierarchies is very questionable. Even after working day and night your manager might question your credibility.

Compensation is decent considering the Indian job market. Senior management tries to improve the work life balance from a high level. Decent upskilling options internally and externally (Though you may never even get to utilise these resources). Rarely work on weekends.

Dislikes

Average workday is 11-12 hours. Lunch away from your desk is a rarity and you will get some glares for taking as little as 20 mins off for lunch. Repetitive and stagnant work. Lack of understanding of projects at most levels since they struggle to retain employees more than a year. (Due to burnout, better offers etc.)

Work culture at ZS is good. People are ready to help each other on most occasions.

Dislikes

...ter a point. As you grow senior in the organization, such expectations increase. Also, there's pay disparity even at peer level. And, all this is considered normal and acceptable in the organization.

No trainings for new joiners Have to learn at a very fast pace in the initial years, but things become quite stagnant after a point. Work life balance needs to be taken care of.
