They follow microservice architecture. If, they properly follow that, they would assign separate database for each microservices, but the reality is different. They maintain single database for microservices. The impact of this kind of practice is severe as it would affect the apps maintenance and performance in the long run. Another surprising fact about the company is that the team lead of software department takes decisions such as salary revision, duration of notice period etc.
