... their requirement. they force to do shift of 12-13 hours which is unacceptable. and the salary is less then below the company or Delhi Labour law. they hire as a property manger but they give the responsibility of Front office management. when i ask to them regarding this they told me that you are not working properly.

I like to do activities and make new friends make people happy and so many thing they give freedom and all

And seen only Indias fest hostel zostel plus Lonavla they dont give freedom and they using abused and very bad peoples are staying over there and all staf was very bad and if anyone did any mistake they hit him very badly they showed me some video in his phone and they hitting him very badly and some thing trying to do with me and now they not giving my salary and not paying my salary please team do something and try to pay my salary and transport bills couse im from Rajasthan here to i gone from my self only couse hemanth bhanulasi said you can come here all pay and now they not ready to pay please do something team

It all depends on how the franchise owner is his mindset towards business, understanding and goals matters a lot don't just go in the brand name blindly.

My 3+ experience at zostel is one of the best experiences of my 7+years career. Zostel has a different culture not only for their guests but also for their employees. The best part is the flexibility and the constant guidance of the head (boss) to solve the issues even in 100% occupancy. the staff policies was cool and no such strict policies was there which helped me to work with all my creativity and excellence.

Dislikes

Besides zostel's cool culture, as an employee I faced certain issues with the fixed remuneration plan and the working days. As zostel work in franchise model, the owners decide the remuneration and working days which I think needs to be fixed by the head office and must follow a policy.
