Great work life balance. Focus is more towards quality of deliverable rather than quantity of deliverable.

Dislikes

...ndustry offers, because of this the company is seeing outflow of great talent. - There focus is to build an army of freshers and train them, and get work done for less pay. Not sure how this will go is long run

Decent Career growth for self learners with decent communication skills. It's a consulting company. Career growth is good (only because they can bill client more after promotion). Good client projects, if anything is positive about working at this company, it is because of the client project. 30 days notice period so you can quit sooner.

Dislikes

Unfocused Management, no planning of what to do. Salary hikes are very bad for existing employees. No 1-on-1 meetings with Managers as only 5 or 6 managers for 400 employees. Unless the client complains about you, You only have 1-1 meetings with manager (appraisal meeting) once or twice a year. No mentorship or employee career growth ownership by managers, yet they ask you to own the company's growth and force you to work on both client and internal projects without client's knowledge. People are forced to come to office citing freshers training can only happen in office. Management plays mind games and politics like saying "people seem to have more career growth when they come to office". No additional pay for additional work. No work life balance. Inexperienced Senior & Lead engineers. Too many freshers are hired every year but no proper training given to them. Unusual working hours as client is US based. Most of the days, employees have work late and have late meetings with the client yet again in mornings they schedule interviews. So working hours tend to extend a lot. For most people working hours are - Some days 9:30 AM to 9 PM and most days 11:30 AM to 9 PM. Attrition is very high. Every month at least one team member leaves, and across the company everyday someone or other leaves. Instead of fixing attrition, some toxic managers force employees to take interviews on weekends but no comp-off or additional pay is given to employees for working on weekends. Employees to give multiple updates in a day, fill multiple trackers. People working on Client projects full-time are also forced to work on ZopSmart internal projects and forced to contribute to hiring everyday. Hiring unless incentivised, is a voluntary work. Yet, one toxic manager tags people forcing them to take interviews. Only join if you're desperate for a job. You only get hike when you join. after that, hikes are very low and no bonus or incentive for additional work and taking many interviews.

- No work from home - Lots of pressure to complete task - strict start time but no fix logout time - worst managers they don't listen your concerns - They only motivates to work hard but never talk about appraisals - Managers they behave like goons - No respect for fresher employees

Very open culture (Company founders are absolutely reachable 24x7), No hierarchy, a plethora of opportunities to learn & grow, lots & lots of parties.. It's fun working here.
