Well I am an Ex Zoman now. Everything about Zomato is FANTASTIC. Be it Work Culture, Salary, Work Life Balance etc. I really don't know how Zomato is supporting its employees during COVID but I read an article that says Zomato has asked 13% of it's employees to leave during COVID.

Like I mentioned before, My overall experience of working at Zomato is GREAT. The only thing or person who ruined it was my Reporting Manager. He was Biased and believed in Favouritism. I don't know how he became a Team Manager.

Imagine showing up to work one day and being told you’re out no warning, no heads-up, just “leave with a smile.” That’s what happened to 600 Zomato employees from their customer service team. The reason? Their AI, Nugget, now handles 80% of queries. I understand that automation is the future, but this is brutal.😓 Shouldn’t companies at least handle layoffs with some basic decency?
