Company very good, but hard work people are not getting any better opportunities to prove their talent and only thing is back door entries and most of the people are surviving only with corporate politics & refferal with High category employees

Employee management & No job secure for ground level employees, Lowest salary & working hours 11+ . Ground level Employees Salary < Delivery partners 3 week earnings.

The top management is good, but the mid management people act like they own the organization. And the top management people have no clue what is going on on mid levels. The mid level superiors act smart and force you to do impossible tasks. And the level of politics is very high. There is no time schedule of work, it's starts early morning and there is no end. Festive seasons are worst. And the guy named Abhinav Tripathi, so called my ex boss, was very manipulative and wannabe.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high supply and has a global client base.

Compensation is not up to the mark and growth is questionable thing, The work pressure is very high. Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend numerous calls with out any week offs . Everyone steals efforts ,strengths, work which is why I have to not compromise my ideas to colleagues most of the times, I do receive appreciation while conference calls, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes

Compensation is decent.there is no job security. Whenever they will be in mood they will layoff their employees like they did with 600+ employees in September 2018.One of My TL value only his favourites. He made a toxic work Inviournment.Manager donot value an individuals unique strength.so many process change doesn't matter how many times you have done tremendous job.Zomato gave me an internal movement in Central ticketing as per my rank of the month.After few month my TL made me to take inbound calls 10.5 hours for 2month continuesly even when i submitted my medical document that i have Migraine.TL marked leave without pay even after i submitted medical of 2 days.HR are always completely company's side.they can make you to work anywhere on the name of business requirements if you are not TL's favourite.I never received appreciation mail but many warning mail bcz of Sick leave issue.He changed my weekoff even knowing that I'm in my hometown and one of my family member passed away so that he can get another chance to scold me.they stopped giving free meal also.we have to pay for everything.

...aff behave, equality, hike, low work pressure. work only 8 hrs in General shift. Career growth and salary. ....awesome
