@deepi @zomato company hire freshers on roll basis with double package and those who give support from last 3-4 years are off role. You always want quality in your company but if these happened, you lost your experienced employees those who always support the company in bad times.

In company is work culture and our colleague and management is very friendly.

There is no security of job. They hire employees on contractual basis. Salary and appraisal is not good according to the company. Appraisal given by the company or not given by the company is the same thing.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Huge cafeteria is chilling the work load. Company policies are good. They give good salary.

Lots of politics and salary is good but not hike. Managers are not accept our ideas.

I was hired through third party pay roll company name was Startek so less salary not getting salary hike promotion and work balance as well TL managers all were in same page that how to harass a agent Atlas Off you are forced to think that you leave everything and go to the Himalayas, otherwise you will go into depression. You have to take medicines for mental pressure

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high supply and has a global client base.

Compensation is not up to the mark and growth is questionable thing, The work pressure is very high. Sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend numerous calls with out any week offs . Everyone steals efforts ,strengths, work which is why I have to not compromise my ideas to colleagues most of the times, I do receive appreciation while conference calls, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step, which is pain sometimes
