The Business Analysis role is predominantly sales. Minimal scope for analysis. One receives calls from clients at highly odd hours. Since they mention "flexible" hours, you are pretty much working the entire day.

Failure in countering the flaws of internal talent utilisation Ex: 1. Opportunities to Cross functional teams - poor screening lead to unsuitable candidates taking up the roles which could have been performed better even by the last member of existing teams 2. Hesitation in implementing existing policies among the HRs. - Recognition of internal talent and not offering right role even if the candidate is qualified but limited to the immediate next role

I was hired through third party pay roll company name was Startek so less salary not getting salary hike promotion and work balance as well TL managers all were in same page that how to harass a agent Atlas Off you are forced to think that you leave everything and go to the Himalayas, otherwise you will go into depression. You have to take medicines for mental pressure
