Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

1. Salary will not be given on time 2. I haven't received my last month salary from past 5 months. Constantly contacting them but no response. 3. Subject content also not up to the mark. Mostly copied from other sources

The company gives chance to freshers. Because that's only what they can afford to.

Dislikes

The company doesn't deserve to be called a company. Very unethical director and reporting managers. They literally trap people.
