...oto valves industries is a good place to work for long term. Culture is awesome. On time salary, lunch time and discipline all good.

Dislikes

Management should have interaction with junior team members so that they would get chances to contribute their ideas for organisation growth and their career growth. Salary packages are too low. They do not allow late comers even if the problem is genuine.
