Management should have interaction with junior team members so that they would get chances to contribute their ideas for organisation growth and their career growth. Salary packages are too low. They do not allow late comers even if the problem is genuine.

politics and lack of professionalism. Not having adequate staff for sales and Marketing Activity.I was workiing as a sales Engineer and Zonal Manager both.Management is not listening to Zonal Managers.
