Nothing. They don't have prospects. Waste of te & career,if you spend yr to yr after that they will create politics to kick off you and you will not get any job as they have no work and there working culture is 5 time older than actual market

No work they have, only work to seat & pnpc & passing information to director s act as a LIVE CCTV. There unnecessarily involvement in employees life..& to hold employees, hike their salary double triple, when fund become shortage, they stop providing drinking water & start misbehave. Basically they don't have idea. Even don't know what is challan & road challan but running there business on employees working experience. & of course they have shown joint director 3 bt decision maker are there family,they shown expenses for employees but actually for there own personal benefits & family.horrible 7.5 yrs to manage each days.... Forgot my minimum working knowledge & basic idea. If u are feeling I'll they will terminate cz they don't allow any kind of health issue. & in covid time 15 % deduct from salary.
