Me and my friends interviewed for Floor Manager and Recruitment Manager role with Zodiac, initially their HR Rekha Kalra called for interview saying they have good budget and my last drawn or expected salary would not be a problem, I already had an offer from other employer which I didn't accept after re-confirming the budget. Rajeev Ranjan was pleased with my interview and asked to prepare a presentation on how I would perform my role if I was hired, I took the opportunity to confirm the budget with him too and told that I had another offer which I have declined and would love to join ASAP with Zodiac. I followed-up with HR Rekha Kalra for about 2 weeks to get the appointment for the presentation as she said Rajeev Ranjan & Ravi Kukreja were busy with some escalation but they stopped interviewing anyone else as they thought to finalise you. After my presentation they again came up with another presentation request which again got delayed for 2 weeks for their availability. After the 3rd meeting Rajeev Ranjan congratulated and said congratulations you can join next week, on asking about compensation he said you have to consider a 30-40% deduction, it was frustrating so I politely negotiated to say that I have kept this transparency on updating you about my Last drawn, other offer which I declined and if your company has budget. He didn't say anything and told me to wait. Their HR asked me to wait for an email after discussion on Salary part after about 2 weeks of followup she said I was rejected and this was the most frustrating and horrible experience, I read other reviews and called my friends to check if similar things happened with anyone. One of my friend also interviewed there last month and she also faced similar situation and in offer stage she was asked to join with 50% deduction and she declined. Anyone actively interviewing or thinking to interview, please avoid this organization as they are spoiling careers of their internal employees and may lead you to waste your time and effort. Rekha Kalra speaks very politely but they all will waste your time.

They are doing micro management, politics, no recognition, salary cut, disgusting incentive structure. Rajeev Ranjan, Sony Kaur and Himmat Singh are narrow minded persons. No one follow professionally life.

Nothing totally Shit company. Worst management, no work life balance, toxic environment, lots of politics.

...eople to fire them within one month. I don't know why this company really exist. They don't even have budget to pay salary.

Worst company ever seen and had a very good experience. They hired me for urgent work only and after a few months they mentioned they were in crisis and asked me to leave the company because their work culture was so bad.
