In interview company promises about timing and salary. But after joining the whole picture was clear. Location found different, working hours has no limit. Payment of salary was stuck.

...company in the world, no personal life, career growth are zero. No job security. The monthly salary is on the 15th of every month and the monthly salary is less every month,

The company is open to quality and readily adopts latest service.I am a part of a operation team that market reliable, high quality service and pan India base. As a result, I got work and manger & management level experience.They have some offices various cities in West Beng abroad India.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background and we work happily collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.The work presssure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work14-17 hours straight in a day as I have to attent client / status recv. Calls in the evening and sometomes late io to the night.Managers and managememt do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestionsmost of the times. I do receive sppreciations emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraissls. Also there is no on- Job traning for freshers, hence, senior folks like me have to guide Them step-by-step which is a pain sometimes.

I enjoying the people I working with. It is a friendly and fun atmosphere. And I actually enjoying going to work each morning. I feel that our leadership team is great too,They know all of there employees on Frist name basis and trying to make those parsonal connection.I also enjoying the fact that the office trying to do community utreach with local organisations.

One of the reason I want to leaving is that I felt I was not changed enough at the job, As a new employee in working world the company offered me a great opportunity for good entry lavel position, one I'm always grateful for, however after being there for two year, i felt I was not able to fulfill all of my potential because of real lack of challenge. i feel my skill set can be better employed elsewhere. Some where my capabilities are recognised and whare there is the opportunity for growth.

The MD of this company Mr Shubal Chakraborty using very much slang with his employees , he is a totally illiterate person I have ever seen , even I heard that he is father in law gifted this position to him for his daughter, according to my experience please don't do any job with this company, no appraisal in last 3 years, every employee salary done in the month of 15
