I liked the learning part. I learned a lot of things which probably I won't have been able to learn in an MNC. I also learned basic networking troubleshooting and VOIP system configuration. I learned and brushed up my skills on Google Spreadsheets

Dislikes

No worklife balance. Odd and long shifts. No festival leaves. No leaves. No benefits. No insurance. No buffer staff to manage your tasks in your absence. There are a lot of issues in the company which are never addressed properly.
