Quality shift ln-charge, both Sushil Yadav and Deepak Chaudhary put so much pressure that the person is forced to leave the job. - The biggest problem is that of leaves. - If you have some emergency work and then you talk about leave then Quality shift incharge, Manager and HR say's that if it is such an emergency then why did you not plan for yourself 1 month in advance and they give such a reverse answer. - A person named Kamlesh Patil who is in the quality department forces the quality inspectors to work 12 hours.

Ver well treated by the management - especially my boss (Manager-Customer Service) He was very supportive and always pushed for improvement and excellence. Also the overall working culture is fine and for my profile it was rich experience getting exposed to global brand holding customers.

Promotions and increments area can be worked upon slightly

Product group of zobele is not worth getting the good margins which impacting companies profit.

In this company all the members are working friendly and as a team unit. The invironment of the company is good.

There is no on job training for freshers. growth is very slow & sallery structure is not good.
