It is more hilarious when you met with some accident and ask for leave or work from home, instead of medical reports or medicines they will ask to show the wounds. Pathetic. Mostly they believe in hire and fire policy. They will hire freshers and after 1 year if you will ask for increment they will put you in PIP or kick you out from the organisation with forceful resignation. James and Rani plays fake politics in company with the employees to terminate or force any employee for resignation.
