This is my genuine review about my former company, ZKTeco India, where I worked for over three years. Here the management is quite prejudiced in making judgements, and some seniors would strive to bring down newcomers who are more skilled or talented than them. The will present themselves to the management as the only hardworking employees and if you approach management, they will not be concerned about your position. Next about the HR department, they lady who calls herself as the firm's Head HR ( but actually is HR Manager for R&D), has no expertise of HR and will pretend to be the boss of the company. She comes to the office as if she just woke-up, chewing tobacco all day and sleeping in the office, She moreover has bed arrangements in the cabin and would darken the bay after lunch hours and sleep snoring. The management always turns a blind eye over her such actions an unwilling to take any action against her. She has a team of 5-6 executives, but they are all the same: exceeding indolent, taking a month to address even little HR issues bit never forgetting to showcase how complex HR work is. Recently a new HR joined the company, and is superior to all previous HRs, however it very unlikely that the "so-called management' would be able to retain her, as I've seem 2-3 better HRs leaving in short time due to dirty politics of existing HR team and unhandy support of the management. Hoping the management would wake-up this time for beneficial of the company. Furthermore, to mention about the Technical manager, who technically is absolute dumb but a master in provoking others, new or brilliant employees to depart and disseminate unfavorable rumors about the organization. Many things can be changed and company can be tracked back on development path better, but due to few unethical employees and their politics, the organization culture and atmosphere is becoming very unsustainable.

... managers will be Watchmen to look who is taking more than 15 mins for break. 3. Employer share also deduction from your CTC then what you think you salary will be less than that. 4.Compare to other companies for less package also deduction is 4 K for pf which is unnecessary. 5. There is no one ruling other than chineese managers. All other managers are puppet in front of them. Chineese managers can ask you to sweep or clean also as it happened with my colleagues. 6. Every day pressure everyday headache nothing to say which gives you relieve.

...d ZKTeco to anyone looking for career advancement or a healthy work environment. They will deduct 500 rupees from the salary in 1 minute delay also. Never seen such toxic company with this kind of stupid higher management people.

1. Great place for a fresher who is earge to learn and explore new things. 2. Job security is there if you are a even average performer.

Strict office Timings, fail to which will impact on your salary.

You can learn about the software and products. However people will not guide you step by step.You have to ask them everytime.

There is no job security at all and not much learning, growth.HR policy is applied only on the paper but not on real life when it comes to Salary and resignation.
