Most unprofessional warehouse incharge...He could be a good political leader either paking supervisor....ever he can't send a email...he became warehouse incharge..... Everyone should go one time to see him....

Nothing no training no professionism company is running by unprofessional management. No job security at all

No job security camera on each and every employee no strategies employee doing their own work instead of working for the co. Owner is aware abt all this but he doesnt have any concern

Management is very cooperative, no hire and fire policies, gives chances to rectify the errors, employees can take their own decision no autocracy.

Management is satisfied with the existing customers, not very much interested to spread especially in Government sector.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. I can depend on the company to secure my job

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow, Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.
