On time salary, that’s the only thing is good.

In operations(WH) you need to be flattery otherwise your reporting manager and his domain’s racket will treat you as a slave. You don’t have rights to say anything what you feel or else you have gone through the worst. Nobody cares. Nothing is being confidential here. If you update anything to HR it will automatically downloads to operations.

...ere as per their convenience and even they fo not provide convenience for that . Extra working hours without additional pay . Cut week off of employees also if sales is less. They have made the environment toxic for their employees .

Only thing I like in zivame that you can learn everything & incentive plan is really good.

Too much politics & the seniors will make your life hell for numbers especially if you are working in North region. I was very happy at bangalore untill I took transfer into North then my life become hell. I am no longer working in zivame & neither I will recommend to anyone to work here especially in North region.
