...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Terrible company for sales in west region..they don't give cooling or breathing time to a person... pressurise like hell. In west they don't have plant which makes it worst from sales point of view..

This is the worst company in india I have worked here for the time being This company need labour not engineers They don't know the difference between engineers and labours The class of every worker so down that they even Don't know to behave with employees

Over all this company is only for Female not for male staff.. Because MD is totally blind only believe on HR staff Shalini chadda & Harleen they are totally waste fellow.... They both thinks they are running this company... It's not only my views all male staff are not satisfied.. Once who doing chamcha giri they only survive otherwise ppz look history of this company male staff changes in year or 6 month.. Overall admistration is zero working culture zero.... So I request to all plz don't join in this company more better tea stall khol lo....

Management and working culture they are ????? Good for Female Staff only.. Female staff Timing leave and even salaries it very high as compared with male staff...... Male are zero ....... Wts I see in past 1.5yrs.

This company is completely a lala chhap company even this is some sort of bde lala ki dukan. If you are a male in this company so you will have to be ready to bear humiliation, partiality and very bad politics. They can fire you anytime without any notice or anything , no properly policies for anything but a heaven for female employees like Harleen , Deeksha Uniyal ,Shalini Chaddha and her 2-3 sister ( Harleen , Shalini and her 3 sister does nothing but they are getting very huge amount, especially Shalini and Harleen think that they are the baap of this company and both are running it . Harleen is master in politics and back biting and Shalini is master doing nothing for the company but the Owner trust her so much don't know why. This is a company where you can only sustain if you agree with everything happens to you otherwise you will have to go. Also some ganwar people are there in TOP management due to which there is no scope of learning or anything some HOD in the office don't even know to write an email . IF you are male don't go there and if you are female and know how to survive then surely join this organisation. Bhole ki kripa hai company pe esa log bolte hai nhi to bhut bura haal hai ander kisi ko bhi koi frk nhi pdta kisi bhi cheej se koi bhi policy nhi hai kisi bhi kaam ki apko sbkch krna pdega chahe ap manager ho senior manager ho ya kuch or ho. bs ap female ho or good looking ho to apke mje hai fir.
