There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I was working in the credit department at Barakhamba Delhi branch and this was my worst mistake to join this pathetic company. Company sold its portfolio, high delinquency, no fresh equity infusion, Poor management by the senior management who destroyed company- Sudip (credit Head) and Kshitij Puri (CEO and founder), Arjun Negi (AVP Credit) I got an email on 7th April22 from Sudip, and next day he fired everyone. NEVER JOIN ZIPLOAN, THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR CAREER.
