Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Wrost company ever I worked. No salary on time they give salary as per there accordance how much they want to deduct and when they want to give. Na lo to aur acha. There behaviour is too bad like we are working there as their slave wrost experience. No job security they ask you leave by next two days. No lunch break they ask to take 15 min rest in whole day. No offer Letter provided they said will provide later. No experience letter provided. No support for people who work there they shut there Sutter and than ask you to work highly risked company. No help for you to join another company they will not provide any feed back they will refuse to say that you worked there. Don't join there you will be stuck there

Can learn many things as work pressure is so. High that's why.

Dislikes

Please don't go if you are indeed of finance, job Or career growth. Lots of salary issues are there everytime. No increment at all. Lots of work pressure. No security of job . No paid leaves are there. Even tea for tea not paid by company properly.
