The cross-functional nature of our projects allows me to explore QA, Social Media, SEO, and some technical areas, and gain some insights, which helps in contributing to the overall success which is incredibly rewarding. We are not afraid to try new things, hence dynamic decision-making keeps me on my toes and constantly learning. I love how we celebrate everything, like work wins to holidays and festivals. The energy here is contagious.

Working as a HR intern, I belief a team performance management system is required not only to track the performance of all the individuals at all levels of hierarchy but also to offer a monthly long-term objective as well as a short-term objective. Such objectives should be communicated in advance with team leaders and their respective team members in order to avoid any unexpected changes in plans.
