The people and the open door policy

The compensation and defending one employee who is ruining the environment for whole company. The employee, treating others as servants. And abusing others. Thinking very high of himself as he has more experience than associate director but still a senior consultant. Should have been fired from the company a long time due to 4-5 escalation from various employees.

Initial clients. Now that also is bad

Dislikes

Many things: 1. Compensation is very poor 2. Engagement Manager knows nothing - no logic - no numbers - nothing. And she does nothing about it too. But the brunt of quality of work is on you. If something goes wrong, you are put to take the blame. 3. Poeple who are good at pleasing manager can survive and grow. others get no growth. 4. Despite multiple complaints on the poor manager, no action has been taken since the higher ups hired the manager so they don't want to take that blame of a wrong hire. Instead they watched the whole bunch of talented consultants leave the organization.

Zinnov Management Consultancy is a very good company for freshers.

...rk-life balance and professional growth depend on the lead you are working with. Minimal salary growth and very limited perks and benefits for Coimbatore-based employees.

I liked the timings and pay for a fresher was average. This job was front end unlike other companies where it is backend. The projects were also good.

Dislikes

I think the HR was not up to the mark where from the start I have their behaviour rude. There has remained too much gaps in between projects. There was also lack of mentorship I faced.

Nothing to like other than basic perks like cab facility

Dislikes

Zero work life balance Everyone is overworking and the culture of glorifying the over work is from top down. Overall zero empathy towards employees only those who do politics are growing.
