Toxic manager and account manager. Doesn't help in anything. Learning is discouraged. If you tell about your learning you may end up in PIP because of manager's insecurity. Account manager lies about the reimbursement and its really tough to get from them.

It is just an outsourcing company with limited clients, mostly on contract u will be worked so if project completed you won't get any support

If project completed you can't expect support for new opportunities, when u r working won't get to take leaves, on notice period u can't take leaves.

I never get to work with zinios, i was deployed to a client very first day, it was completely surprise for me.

They never talk about apprisal, they would deploy you to the client once you join the company and say that that client is good you will be happy there. You wont be working for Ziniosedge.

As I experienced I got selected for the role of technical support after that I asked the contact person regarding the contract they said there is no contract job, I agreed and believe them to join the organisation. After I joined the organisation I get to know about they will hire a contract job. After the six-month contract has ended.
