Dislikes

But on the same hand employees are not much valued and motivated as per their working efforts. Political environment found in the management team for the employee related policies. Employees doesn't get to know their policies changes before it gets applied. That also create negativity in work environment. Appraisals are not good as per work expectations. Carrier growth is not too good. But good for those who is fresher and want grow your technical skills.
