The pay is below the standard, resources aren't that great, and the company doesn't follow proper industry-standard approaches. It appears that the organization is run by a family of known people, so sometimes they may all be against you, and you may feel left alone. No one will listen to your queries or try to understand your problems. From my experience I came to know that they hire & once the module is complete they will put you on "PIP - Performance Improvement Program" and fire you after 30 days or less. happened with lot of people so just be careful. It's best to reconsider your decision before joining this organization.

Work pressure can get to you but where doesn't? So yeah, although we're constantly under work pressure but at the end of the month when we achieve our OKRs, it's worth it.

People are welcoming. Very supportive. Work life balance is there which helps employees to work hard in their working period. Growth and Promotions are also there which motivates employees to work hard and Excel.
