Corporate politics,dealer management, last minute order pile up,previous legal head was jerk and arrogant, off role system. Cost cutting when there is no need of that

The work culture is fine.

...leage everyday, basically the company is trying to track our everyday locations. The recent incriment was poor as they decided to remove the insurance part from the CTC because of which our package is still the same as last year.

No compensation correction to stable employee even after requesting ....then employee will leave only.

Business unit manager should have open communication and field visit in order to understand market challenges. Anarchy rule will not lead company to live his value and goals.

Products are very good but management is one of the worst.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but there no career growth.there is no bond but no employee will remain for 2 yrs. There is no job training.
