The company is open to innovation and readily adopts lates techonology. i love the face that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

compensation is decent, but growth is slow. the work pressure is very high. somtimes. i have to work 14-18 hours straight in aday I have to attend client call in the evening and sometime late in to the night.

I was worked last 07 years .Over all good organization, but last two year very critical condition of financial crises due to that i am leave this company.

in terms of salary and other benefits, company policy is not good. Increments and other employee's care is not taken into consideration at any point of time . only suggestion for company is to improve communication with their employee.

Not a good professional environment, only you can grab opportunities to new tasks and learning on your own. Management always do backbiting of staff with everyone. Encouragement is minus and demotivation is their culture.
