innovative and collaborative work culture, Ample of opportunities to grow and advance in your field. good working conditions. the people working in this company provide you good support. the most rewarding thing about this company is giving opportunities to talented freshers where other companies are laying off because of pandemic.

Dislikes

being honest the compensation is not great compare to other companies but it is bitter truth expecting IT salaries in core companies is a foolish thing also like every core company freshers get only stipend as minimum one year experience is mandatory to become a full time employee in this company.

... company generates revenue through the fee collected from interns, and trainees. Also, don't ask about the compensation after the training. They first promise a compensation of 3.6 LPA post training, but this is fake. All the people who worked for less than 1 year hardly make 5000 Rupees per month. All in all stay away from this company. Also none of the pictures in the ZA website are real, they were just copied from the internet.

I was there for 8 weeks and i learned a lot. the work culture was more inspiring then i expected it to be. a good team of engineers who were accommodating , willing to teach, and entertained every query. the management gave the impression that they truly cared about the development and moral of the various teams. great learning environment and customer focused company.

No stipend, No transport.

Everything Was Good. I was there just as an intern, and I've learnt a few skills. Work life balance was awesome, and there wasn't any pressure.

Dislikes

Nothing to be mentioned. It was a good experience on the whole.
