Zicom will want you to do all type of Marketing activity with out any budget. They will not pay your salary for months. You need to plead every month to the HR and finance to get your salary. My four months salary is still pending with Zicom and even after calling the HR , Finance or MD you will get the answer that we will pay when we have. It is a place where you only discuss and keep on making changes and want work to be done like yesterday, for which you give 14 to 15 hours of working but at the final execution where all is plan the activity gets cancel. No appraisal, No salary, No on-job training... Not a good place to work

During my tenure, We have introduced many safety,security products for both personal and commercial. Company has got great vision for coming years for LOW VOLTAGE PRODUCTS especially... We have got very good technical competent gaints in the company..They helped us by killing the competition in the market through unique usp's and winning opportunities for ZICOM by supported us.
