There's a lot of favoratism & groupism in the team. Management doesn't address the basic salary issues of their employees.

Pramoud rao MD and manohar Bidaye chairman are most corrupted people, they bribe government to close unpaid GST. Unethical people. They make use of you and throw you.

Zicom will want you to do all type of Marketing activity with out any budget. They will not pay your salary for months. You need to plead every month to the HR and finance to get your salary. My four months salary is still pending with Zicom and even after calling the HR , Finance or M D you will get the answer that we will pay when we have. It is a place where you only discuss and keep on making changes and want work to be done like yesterday, for which you give 14 to 15 hours of working but at the final execution where all is plan the activity gets cancel.
