Compensation is not determined based on delivery but based on experience. I would expect the leadership to be more optimistic and provide opportunities for growth and cross learning than doing the same job over and over. There is no real support or plan for development.

No job security at all, if you join as trainee. Company will through you out after one year or maximum two years. If you have some strong references like political connections you can a be permanent staff there, your performances doesn't matter here.
