Work nature is good ,food is good ,but salary date too late , Trainee professional tax is too High in 2time in a year ,trainee students if ur Hard work u learn some think.. otherwise not use ..u r just a operator

Its most helpful for a freshers to know about process and product knowledge.if they are quality dept they can easily learn more things compared to production guys and also have lot of freedom & time to learn depending upon person mentality.

Some times if you are experienced candidate should help to complete the work beyond the shift time.its not a cons if u decide to spend extra time try to get learn new things by that time.

Need to receive certificate before relieving the company or it will take too much time. Line employees sometimes behaves cunning. No chance to become employee in the company.
