i am very thankful to ZF because i learned a lot in that company. my cellmates and supervisors are very good at work, they supported me very well. i want to say one thing there is no career growth in that company because of that reason i was given resign.

no job security, no growth, salary depends on grade, for traveling bus is available, some politrics are there at lower level, management was xcellent. no other benefits...

I joined this company initially. Then they gave us training for four days. Exams were conducted on whatever was taught in the training.Skill development improved greatly due to training and physical work.

As per the interview, the nature of the work was different in the company. The salary was very low for the work. There is no match between the job designation and the work there. One has to work standing for eight hours.No chance of sitting
