The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that l am a part of a team that markets reliable ,high quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Sometimes ,l have to work 8-16 hours straight in a day as l have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

...joined Maintenance Trainee in Rane NSK. good term and you can acquire knowledge. ( I have worked for 3 mounths after i joined higher studies ) The salary for freshers is 10000 to 13000 per month.

Food is bad. On my point of view.

Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but not career growth.

Young Team is supporting good here to work. Lots of freedom and responsibility which are helping to gain more experience

...complicated process. There will be hand to mouth suitation for every assignment. Work load is high whereas salary is an average

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
