Best company in HYD, now opening in Pune, Bangalore. Salary hike best around 15 %. Managers are helpful. They try to retain you always. Promotions, team work, Learning is average. They work on legacy things now shifting to new MBD.

Flexible timings, hybrid working model, health insurance policy, leave policy

Dislikes

Management need to focus on employees growth, promotions and compensation based on performance instead of giving priority to those with holding multiple offers and scaring with resignation.

1) A new organisation which has been established in India since 2017 the policies are getting revised and its getting better day by day. 2) Best thing about working in ZF is the work culture and the work life balance they provide. there is no time defind for your work if you are not willing to work in the morning you are flexible to complete your work at night since it is complete up to you.(but this is applicable only when you are working from home) 3) People here are very supportive and they encourage the employees to pursue their interest. 4) Permanent hybrid work culture in which you have to go minimum 2 days in a week to office and rest 3 days work from home.

1) Less Compensation and complex salary structure. 2) No onsite opportunities 3) Lack of diversity among the work force as most of them are locals but it is getting better with time as people from other states are also getting hired hope this will improve in future.

1. You can learn more from counterparts if you know how to deal with them. 2. Flexi basket feature to get more in-hand salary 3. You will have an option to contribute only 1800 of PF amount per month irrespective of whatever your basic pay is. In this way, you get more salary in-hand. I don't know if this is legally correct or not.

1. Variable pay will not be given if the resignation is done before you get the variable pay. This will also not be informed by HR before you join. 2. Very bad in People management. 3. Higher Management expectation is way beyond what is being paid and what role is being assigned. 4. Existing people's salary would be very less when compared with the new joiners with the same experience. 5. Salary hike letter will not be generated until April last week. 6. Salary hikes were delayed by few months in 2019, 2020 and 2021. This is not at all expected from MNC 7. You don't get relieving letter even after two days from the day you exit from the company. You might get it atleast on the next day only if you are lucky

Good things includes job security(average performance would be enough), insurance policy is really good. Working directly with German counterparts will help tuning those with less confident and group oriented people into very straight forward and independent. It really helps any individual as they grow up the ladder. There are some really good people (especially from German counterparts) from whom a lot can be learnt, if you know how to deal with them.

Compensation is not competitive. Lethargic environment, less motivating work culture. Minimal or No training offered for those already have some credentials in their resume.
